We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

How do I track my order status?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Dorric products come with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from normal wear and tear or misuse.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, it cannot be modified.
